Google Labs

Many of the Google Labs were not relevant to my life. I did like Google Maps and can see useful possibilities for my upcoming trip to Japan. I tried the Accessible Search for Visually Impaired, which I thought would be cool, but couldn't discern how it would help visually impaired people. The text wasn't larger or more readable and I didn't see any buttons to turn on the accessibility. I liked Google Page Creator. As someone who had to learn HTML to design a web page at my last job, it is incredible to me that it is now so easy and fast for anyone to design a page.
My favorite Google Lab option was Google Video because I was able to watch a video by The Cure and figured out that I still love Robert Smith like I did when I was a little 16 year old goth girl. I wish my husband could sing like that. Sigh...
